Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data NeoDigify collects through neodigify.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it. It covers this website only.

1. Who we are

NeoDigify is a digital agency providing web development, Shopify, WordPress and design services. For the purposes of data protection law we are the data controller for the information described below.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the quote form on this site we collect the fields on that form:

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company name, company address and company website
  • What you need help with, and your approximate budget
  • Any comments you choose to add

We also hold anything you send us directly by email or in the course of a project.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server and our analytics record technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view and the time of your visit.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To deliver and support work you have engaged us for. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
  • To keep the site secure and working. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and keeping the service available.
  • To understand how the site is used. Lawful basis: consent where consent is required for analytics cookies in your country, otherwise our legitimate interest in improving the site.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: keeping the site running, caching pages so they load quickly, and measuring traffic.

Traffic measurement is handled by Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager (container GTM-TBXVMNPH) and configured with Google Site Kit. Google sets cookies that record a randomised identifier, the pages you visit and roughly where in the world you are. You can opt out across all sites using Google’s browser add-on, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

5. Spam protection

Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and usage signals to tell real visitors apart from automated abuse. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that processing.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with suppliers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only so far as they need it to provide their service to us:

  • Our web hosting provider, which stores this site and its database
  • Google, for analytics and spam protection, as described above
  • Our email provider, which carries messages between us
  • Our backup provider, which holds encrypted copies of the site

7. International transfers

Some of the providers above may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an approved adequacy framework.

8. How long we keep it

Quote enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up, and project records for as long as we are required to keep business and tax records. Analytics data is retained according to the setting configured in Google Analytics.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:

  • Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is inaccurate
  • Delete your data, where we have no continuing reason to keep it
  • Restrict or object to how we use it
  • Provide it in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent, where we relied on consent

To exercise any of these, email us at the address in section 1. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your data protection regulator.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, access to the admin area is restricted to named accounts, and backups are held separately. No website can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold.

11. Children

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
