This policy explains what personal data NeoDigify collects through neodigify.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it. It covers this website only.
NeoDigify is a digital agency providing web development, Shopify, WordPress and design services. For the purposes of data protection law we are the data controller for the information described below.
[CONFIRM: registered business name, legal form and full postal address]
[CONFIRM: the email address people should use for privacy requests]
Information you give us. When you submit the quote form on this site we collect the fields on that form:
We also hold anything you send us directly by email or in the course of a project.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server and our analytics record technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view and the time of your visit.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: keeping the site running, caching pages so they load quickly, and measuring traffic.
Traffic measurement is handled by Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager (container GTM-TBXVMNPH) and configured with Google Site Kit. Google sets cookies that record a randomised identifier, the pages you visit and roughly where in the world you are. You can opt out across all sites using Google’s browser add-on, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
[CONFIRM: this site does not currently show a cookie consent banner. If you have visitors in the UK or EU, analytics cookies need consent before they are set. Decide whether to add a consent banner, and update this section to match what you do.]
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and usage signals to tell real visitors apart from automated abuse. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that processing.
We share personal data only with suppliers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only so far as they need it to provide their service to us:
[CONFIRM: name the actual hosting, email and backup providers, and say which country each stores data in]
We will also disclose information where we are legally required to.
Some of the providers above may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an approved adequacy framework.
[CONFIRM: confirm this reflects where your providers actually store data]
Quote enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up, and project records for as long as we are required to keep business and tax records. Analytics data is retained according to the setting configured in Google Analytics.
[CONFIRM: state actual retention periods, for example 24 months for enquiries that do not become projects, and 6 years for project and invoicing records]
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:
To exercise any of these, email us at the address in section 1. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your data protection regulator.
[CONFIRM: name your supervisory authority, for example the ICO in the UK, and add its website]
The site is served over HTTPS, access to the admin area is restricted to named accounts, and backups are held separately. No website can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold.
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
Questions about this policy, or about the data we hold, can be sent to the address in section 1, or through our contact form.
