Partition Property Solutions
Here are the co-ownership landing pages we built for Partition Property Solutions, a Dallas company that buys undivided shares of Texas property. Its customers are co-owners who are ready to move on but feel stuck. Some are heirs sharing an inherited house. Others are ex-spouses still on one title, or owners whose business partner has vanished. The company buys one owner’s share directly for cash, so that owner can leave without a court partition. Its Areas We Serve pages cover Bexar, Dallas, Harris, Tarrant and Travis counties.
- CMS: WordPress
- Theme: Hello Elementor
- Builder: Elementor Pro, native containers and widgets only
- Integrations: Yoast SEO and Google Tag Manager, already on the site
- Live site: sellundividedinterest.com
Partition Property Solutions already ran a working Elementor site. For two new pages, How It Works and Situations We Help With, the client sent AI-generated HTML drafts. Each draft was a complete page that stood apart from the site. All of its design sat in one long style block, and neither page had a header or footer.
Both pages had to live on the Elementor site and stay editable by the company’s own team after handover. Pasting each file into an HTML widget would have shown the page. However, every heading, sentence and button would then have stayed locked inside code.
What we did:
We turned two HTML drafts into editable Elementor landing pages for a Dallas buyer of co-owned Texas property. Instead of the quick route of an HTML widget, we rebuilt both pages by hand.
No code widgets on the co-ownership landing pages
We worked through each draft section by section. Every part became regular Elementor containers, headings, text, buttons and icon lists. There is no HTML widget on either page. As a result, each heading, paragraph, checklist, two-column panel and button can be edited in place in the builder.
Both pages speak to people who share property and want out. How It Works covers the usual headaches of selling inherited property. Next, it walks through the company’s four-step buying framework, from sharing details of the property to closing and funding. It also explains what an undivided interest sale is and answers common questions in an FAQ.
Situations We Help With covers six cases the company buys in. They include heirs with an inherited house and an ex-spouse still on title. After that, the page talks plainly about what the company pays and sets it against the cost of staying trapped. Near the end, it explains tenancy in common in Texas.
The buyout versus court table
The hardest part was the How It Works table that compares a cash share buyout with a traditional court partition. We built it from Elementor containers, so each row is its own editable block. The rows cover who handles the sale, out-of-pocket fees, closing speed, equity protection and future liability. Now the team can change a row or add a new one right in the builder, without touching code.
Tablet and phone layouts in the builder
Tablet and phone layouts come from Elementor’s own responsive controls. Before launch, we tested both pages at real phone widths. The finished co-ownership landing pages went live inside the site’s existing header and footer. Visitors now get the site’s menu on both. The company’s team edits these pages with the same tools as every other page on the site. For a Figma layout planned for desktop and mobile, see the contractor landing page we designed for JustJoy.
- 2 landing pages live on the client's existing Elementor site
- 20 sections built from 130 native Elementor widgets, none of them HTML widgets
- Comparison table editable row by row
- Clean on tablets and phones
