NeoDigify provides digital services including web design, UI/UX design, branding, development, and consulting. All project scopes, deliverables, and deadlines are mutually agreed upon before project commencement.
A 50% upfront payment is required to begin any project.
The remaining 50% must be paid before project launch or final delivery.
Work requested outside the agreed project scope will be considered billable time and invoiced separately.
NeoDigify reserves the right to pause or discontinue a project if payments are delayed or incomplete.
Refunds are not offered once development has started, unless NeoDigify fails to deliver due to internal limitations.
After project delivery, clients are entitled to 15 days of complimentary support to fix bugs, technical issues, or make minor adjustments directly related to the agreed scope.
This does not include new features, content changes, or out-of-scope requests.
Any support requests beyond this period will be treated as billable tasks.
All designs, code, visuals, and content produced by NeoDigify remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
NeoDigify retains the right to display the completed work (or portions of it) in our portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials upon your agreement. We will always seek written or verbal consent before featuring your project publicly.
Users agree not to misuse this website or engage in any harmful, fraudulent, or disruptive activity related to our services or systems.
NeoDigify may link to third-party websites for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, security, or data practices.
NeoDigify is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use or misuse of our services or website.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of these changes.
