Logan Growth Advisors
Only founders hire Logan Growth Advisors, a Dallas firm, so we built its M&A advisory website to speak to them. The firm helps founder-owned companies in the lower middle market raise capital or sell on the best terms they can get. Its services cover mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital, and strategic advisory. Separate pages cover its general, healthcare and telecom M&A advisory. The team has sat on every side of the table. Its people have been private equity investors, run due diligence for buyers, operated businesses as founders and sold their own companies. For each founder, the firm pushes for the best EBITDA, multiple and deal terms. Its Education page shares sample teasers, CIMs and databooks, along with podcasts and tips from the firm’s president.

For an M&A advisor, past deals do most of the selling. Logan Growth Advisors had a Figma design and needed it built into a working site. Their closed deals had to lead the new M&A advisory website, so a founder could study them before making contact.
The record now holds 49 deals from 2016 to 2025, and every new deal adds to it. That history had to stay easy for founders to read and simple for the firm’s own staff to keep current.
What we did:
For a Dallas M&A advisory firm, we built a WordPress site that leads with its 49 closed deals, which founders can narrow down by year. The quick route is a wall of deal cards laid out by hand in the page builder. It looks fine at launch. But each new close would mean reopening the layout to add a card. So we built around the deal record, not the pages.
A deal record the firm can update
We set up the Transactions page as a JetEngine listing, not a fixed grid. Every closed deal is a separate entry that carries its closing year. The listing turns each entry into a card. When the firm closes a new deal, someone on their side adds a single entry. The card then joins the record without anyone touching the page design.
Over the listing we placed a year filter built with JetSmartFilters. Picking a year narrows the page to the deals closed that year, and All brings back the complete history. A founder weighing up advisors can go straight to recent work instead of scrolling past older deals.
Reusing the deal setup across the M&A advisory website
The same setup then carried through the rest of the site. The Education page is a filtered listing too, so visitors can pick podcasts, tips or sample deal documents. The What Good Looks Like buttons on the homepage and industry pages open that page with the sample documents already selected. On the homepage, the Logan Closed Deals row pulls from the same entries. A new deal shows up there and on Transactions at once.
Service, industry and team pages
We built the homepage, service pages and industry pages in WordPress with Elementor Pro on a Hello Elementor child theme. We carried over the design’s navy panels, curved section breaks and mountain photography. Every page has a Get a Free Evaluation button in the header. The service pages and Transactions end on a Ready to Talk panel. It links to the evaluation form and the Connect page. Like Transactions, the team page runs on listings, with leadership bios first, then team leads by function, then the wider team. Ahead of launch, we went through each page on phones and tablets.
The new build runs on Logan’s own domain. Adding a deal or an Education item takes one new entry from their team, not a layout edit. A visitor who wants a single year’s deals is one click away from them. We white labeled this build for our partner BigDCreative. For the same partner, we built the recruiting site for DEI Recruiting and Consulting Services on a Hello Elementor child theme with Elementor Pro.
- 49 closed deals on one Transactions page, with a year filter
- Education page of 9 items on the same filtered listing setup
- 3 service, 3 industry and team pages built to the Figma design, live on the firm's domain
- New deals and Education items go in as one entry each, with no layout edits
