Renvio
Dialysis clinics are the one market Renvio builds its cloud-based EMR software for, and its dialysis software website now gives each clinical and billing product a page of its own. The company is based in Rancho Santa Margarita, in Southern California. Its Kidney Care Cloud brings patient care, documentation, billing, reporting and patient communication into one system. That way, clinic teams do not have to toggle between systems or enter the same medical information twice. The Dialysis Manager EMR follows the rhythm of a treatment day. The Billing Manager checks claims against dialysis billing rules before they go out. Renvio also builds AI into the EMR to flag hospitalization risk and other clinical signals earlier. It serves in-center hemodialysis clinics, home therapy programs, skilled nursing facilities, acute dialysis providers and billing service providers. The team also offers billing consulting, software training for staff and managed cloud hosting.

Squarespace hosted Renvio’s old dialysis software website. Its products were grouped under broad outcome pages. Yet two people decide whether a clinic buys the software: its clinical lead and its billing manager. Each of them needed a page about their own work.
Renvio wanted the site moved to WordPress without changing how it tells its story to buyers. A straight copy of the old pages would have carried the outcome grouping across. New page addresses would also have needed redirects for the old ones.
What we did:
Renvio makes cloud-based EMR software for dialysis clinics, and we rebuilt its Squarespace site in WordPress and Elementor Pro, with separate pages for its clinical and billing products. We kept the old page structure and slotted the new product pages into it.
Product pages for clinical and billing buyers
Dialysis Manager now has a page for the clinical team, and Billing Manager has one for the billing team. Renvio’s AI capabilities for dialysis clinics now have a page of their own as well.
The site sits on 5 Elementor templates, and we built 18 pages from them. Those pages cover the products and services, the team, press releases and the policies. A new page now starts from the template that fits it, not from a blank screen. One global header and footer run across the site, so Renvio’s team changes the menu and footer in one place. We also set up the blog and its 8 posts. They range from company news to articles on QAPI documentation and on billing for multi-clinic networks.
Problem, fix and demo on the dialysis software website
The Dialysis Manager and Billing Manager pages follow the same order. They start with what the product does and move on to the problem each team faces. Next come the fix, a walk through the workflow, the key features and the related products. Each page ends with a demo request. Since the two pages share one pattern, a buyer who has read one already knows how to read the other.
Squarespace slugs kept exactly as they were
Renvio stayed on the same domain after the move. Every page kept its Squarespace URL slug and its place in the site structure. We also carried the title and meta description of each page into WordPress. Once the domain pointed at the new dialysis software website, the SEO came across without needing redirects. Before handover, we checked the whole site on desktop, tablet and phone. We white labeled this build for our partner BigDCreative. For the same partner, we built the recruiting agency website for DEI Recruiting and Consulting. That Hello Elementor site also had to speak to two audiences at once.
- 18 pages built on 5 Elementor templates
- New pages for Dialysis Manager, Billing Manager and AI for Dialysis Clinics
- Clinical and billing product pages share one layout, from problem to demo request
- Squarespace URL slugs kept, with page titles and meta descriptions imported
- A blog of 8 posts, under the same header and footer as every other page
